The Facility:
Sun River Gardens is the most unique and beautiful setting in Utah County for a year round garden reception. Beautiful tropical and seasonal plants in our arboretum (climate controlled) and outdoor gardens (in warmer months) serve as a gorgeous backdrop for pictures and a pleasant setting for guests to greet and mingle.
The Necessities:
Tables & Chairs: 12- 60” round tables and 120 cushioned chairs (handsome natural wood color). Display tables for cake, pictures and guest sign in book. Rectangular Buffet tables and our unique gift tables are also included.
Sights & Sounds: Of course you can bring in your favorite local band and dance to your hearts content, but in case that isn’t in the budget, we have an overhead stereo system where you can play your own selection of music on an Ipod, reflecting your own style. Announcements can be made through our wireless microphone and your wedding video can be played on our Flat Screen HDTV.
Convenience: Your own Private Bridal Room, Convenient parking, and a large caterer staging room (whether you cater your own or you bring in the professionals it helps to have some room to work).
Included Extras and More…
Linens, Centerpieces, Etc: Your colors reflect your personality and style, with that in mind, we offer an array of colors (40+ to choose from) for your table linens. Often overlooked, but critical to the beauty of your special event, we make available a choice of centerpieces (Ivy Topiaries or Hydrangeas) which provides one more way that we try to help you stay within your budget!
Also included are shepherds hooks with lanterns lining the cobblestone walkway providing a beautiful ambiance as your guests arrive…
